燃油或燃氣老化房需要配備燃油或燃氣的燃燒器,燃燒器產生高溫煙氣,老化房將高溫煙氣的熱量傳導給被加熱的空氣,被加熱的空氣吸熱后溫度升至額定值從熱風出口輸送給干燥機。燃燒器一般采用自動控溫,當實際溫度達到額定上限溫度時,燃燒器會自動停止燃燒或自動轉為小火燃燒;當實際溫度降至額定下限溫度時,燃燒器會自動重新燃燒或自動轉為大火燃燒,升溫的速度習通過進風閥來調控。燃油或燃氣老化房融于干燥介質較為干凈,因此多采用直接加熱形式。但由于燃料價格較貴,所以多用于南方,北方使用相對少。
Fuel or gas aging room needs to be equipped with a burner of fuel or gas. The burner produces high temperature flue gas. The heat of high temperature flue gas is transmitted to the heated air in the aging room. After the heated air is absorbed, the temperature rises to the rated value and is conveyed to the dryer from the hot air outlet. The burner usually adopts automatic temperature control. When the actual temperature reaches the rated upper limit temperature, the burner will automatically stop burning or automatically turn to small-fire burning. When the actual temperature drops to the rated lower limit temperature, the burner will automatically reburn or automatically turn to large-fire burning, and the heating rate will be regulated by the intake valve. Fuel or gas aging room is cleaner when melted into dry medium, so direct heating is often used. However, because of the high price of fuel, it is mostly used in the South and relatively less in the north.
