目前美國老化房系統廣泛用于干法除塵的噴嘴有兩種：一種是高壓水噴嘴，供水壓力要達到20#40MP.;用得更多的是一種新型氣體霧化噴嘴，其主要特點是可以在最小/最大噴水量1:10的范圍內調節時，老化房顆粒的平均直徑保持在約50~80Nm3，因而在1001以上的煙氣系統中能保證迅速100%蒸發，從而確保煙氣溫度精確控制在要求溫度的±20°C偏差范圍內；而且老化房本身也能除去相當一部分粉塵。
At present, there are two kinds of nozzles widely used in dry dedusting system in the United States: one is high-pressure water nozzle with water supply pressure up to 20 40MP; the other is a new type of gas atomization nozzle, whose main characteristic is that the average diameter of particles in the aging room can be maintained at about 50-80Nm3 when the minimum/maximum water injection rate is 1:10, so that the average diameter of particles in the aging room can be maintained in the flue gas system above 1001. It can ensure 100% evaporation quickly, so as to ensure that the flue gas temperature is accurately controlled within the required temperature deviation range of 20 C, and the aging room itself can also remove a considerable amount of dust.
我國杭鋼、攀鋼等十多家鋼廠將這種噴嘴成功用于轉爐濕法除塵中，用于汽化冷卻煙道和“一文”前，僅噴很少量的水就可以有效地大幅度降低煙氣溫度，相應降低系統流動阻力；用于“一文”后、尤其多用于脫水器中，則可以有效去除細粉塵。由于煙氣流動阻力下降、重度降低，風機實際功率也相應降低。這些效果已經得到生產實踐證實。
More than ten steel plants in Hangzhou and Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. have successfully used this nozzle in converter wet dedusting, which can effectively reduce flue gas temperature and flow resistance of the system by spraying only a small amount of water before vaporization cooling flue and "Yiwen". Fine dust can be effectively removed after "Yiwen", especially in dehydrators. As the flue gas flow resistance decreases and the severity decreases, the actual power of the fan decreases accordingly. These effects have been proved by production practice.
